Return Policy

At Blackpoint Perfumes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional events
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Products not in their original condition and packaging

Return Process

1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [Email Address] or [Phone Number] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Packaging and Shipping: Once you have received the RA number, please securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the following address:

3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Inspection and Refunds

1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within a reasonable period.

2. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

1. Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
